Collectible women figurines and miniature dresses
Fortuny unveils the new collection of fashion dolls and miniature dresses.
Skilled fashion artisans behind the scenes apply their talents with creativity and meticulous attention to details. The result is a selection of unique and exclusive collectible dolls.
The collection is inspired by the miniature fashion exhibit of 1945 when Nina Ricci and other top designers created figurines wearing their creations. The Théâtre de la Mode (Theatre of Fashion) crafted by top fashion designers opened at the Louvre in Paris March 28, 1945. Now it is part of the permanent collections of the Maryhill Museum of Art in Washington.
